Omega is the Imperial Guard, the elite military force in the Empire. Under the control of Nathan Maron and, through him, answerable directly to the Emperor, the Imperial Guard acts as the Empire's all purpose intelligence gathering agency. Omega's great strength is the diversity of the Empire's citizenry, and in the past individual with particular skills have lent their services to many diverse efforts. While warfare between micronations is widely considered silly at best and an impossibility at worst, the Imperial Guard has often been called upon to investigate intermicronational operations which might constitute hostile actions.
