Due to maintenance, there will be a delay in processing new applications. If you fill in this form, you should expect that you will not receive a reply before February 11th, 2012. You can still apply as normal as long as you don't mind the wait.
You will have to answer the following questions. The answers given by you will be analyzed by our immigration officials and the Emperor personally, who will decide whether you can or cannot become an Aerican citizen.
You are not required to answer any questions, but we would appreciate if you do as much as you can, and we reserve the right to refuse people based on a lack of vital information,
such as name and e-mail address.
Please be sincere on questions where sincerity is appropriate.
