Since the foundation of the Empire, few features have been as requested as a passport for citizens' use. The government has always resisted creating an official passport on the grounds that there is little point to issuing it if no other government will recognise it. For your enjoyment and entertainment, however, this novelty passport (not a legal government document) is free to download.
Instructions:
1: Download the pdf file. You will need adobe reader or acrobat to view the file.
2: Print page 1.
3: Print pages 2 and 3 back-to-back on the same page. If they do not print on the same spot on the page so that it can be cut out as a single rectangle, you may have to print on two-pages and affix the pages together.
4: Bind or staple the pages together with page 2 facing the blank side of page 1 and page 3 facing the inside.
