This treaty came into effect at 22:54 (Helsinki time) on the 29th day of June, 2002.
TREATY OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION AND COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GREAT UNITED KISEEAN KINGDOM AND THE AERICAN EMPIRE
To all and singular to whom these Presents may concern, We, the Sovereign andRecognised Rulers of the Great United Kiseean Kingdom, in the Person of HisMajesty, King John-Lucas I, of Kiseenia, and Eric Lis, of the Aerican Empire, so extend Our Greetings;
Be it recognised that the following Articles of Agreement have been negotiatedin good faith, and without affort of evasion or duress, by the Governments ofthe Great United Kiseean Kingdom and the Aerican Empire.
ARTICLE 1
There shall be a Perpetual State of Friendship and Cooperation between the GreatUnited Kingdom of Kiseenia and the Aerican Empire. The two aforementioned nations shall becommited to a peaceful resolution of any and all issues that may occur toestrange and otherwise alienate them one from the other.
ARTICLE 2
Both Nations shall refrain from any aggresive, beligerent, or hostile act orpolicy, either overtly or covertly, directed against the other. Furthermore, thetwo nations agree that they shall do their most to prevent wars and all otheractions that may result in harming the free development of other nations andthat they declare as unlawfull the attacks against the Internet-based structuresof various nations.
ARTICLE 3
The signatory parties shall respect the diplomatic envoys of each other, theirdiplomatic correspondence and their offices, as well as all other governmentstructures of each other. Each of the two nations may, through an officialnotice, announce the official recognition of a third nation, with which theother signatory has diplomatic relations or has recognised. The later will,according to its possibilites, try to arrange for a communication way betweenthe other two nations.
ARTICLE 4
The signatory Nations shall cooperate unpon request and whenever possible, inthe diplomatic policies of each other, in the promotion of cultural events andpublications.
ARTICLE 5
The signatory Nations shall also cooperate upon request, and whenever possible,on the development of each other in the areas expressed by their Sovereign andRecognised Rulers. They may also participate in international programmes andagreements together.
ARTICLE 6
The signatory Nations shall recognise the titles of Nobility and the honorsgranted by their respective Leaders to their citizens and to other persons.
ARTICLE 7
This Treaty may only be ammended, revised, enlarged and expanded upon theconcurrence of both signatory Nations. Any contrary action or measure shall benull.
ARTICLE 8
The present Treaty shall be made, in seven days after its official approval bythe two countries, public in full, on the official web sites of the twosignatory Nations and in all other places that the two see fit, upon theconcurrence of both.
ARTICLE 9
The present Treaty shall have undetermined validity, unless contrary wish isexpressed by either signatory Nation. Such an announcement shall be made by therespective nation to the other through an official mail stating the reasons todo so. It shall take effect in seven days after its submission.
ARTICLE 10
This treaty shall be written in English, and will have the force of Law at sevendays after the signature of both parts.
ARTICLE 11
This Treaty is subject to the ratification by the competent authorities of the two signatory Nations. This ratification must be submitted to each other in five days from the signing of the Treaty.
