This treaty, an initiative of our dear friends at the Republic of West Who, was signed by the Aerican Empire on 2025/10/12, at a gathering in Niagara Falls with the leaders of the United Slabovian Empire and the Grand Duchy of the Westarctica.
The Signatories to the MICRONATION SPACE COOPERATION TREATY;
RECOGNIZING their mutual interest in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes, and
UNDERSCORING the importance of bilateral space cooperation agreements;
NOTING the benefit for all people to be gained from cooperating in the peaceful use of outer space;
USHERING in a new era of exploration that includes micronations,
SHARING a commitment to inspire micronations to work in common to help advance space studies and exploration;
CONSIDERING the benefits of greater cooperation between micronations and established and emerging space programs;
RECOGNIZING the benefits of space exploration and commerce to small nations;
ACKNOWLEDGING a collective interest in advancing space exploration and education;
AFFIRMING the desire to contribute to international efforts to advance the study of Space and
DESIRING mutually beneficial practices and programs to help micronations be apart of the future exploration and use of outer space, we
COMMIT to the following principles:
- 1. Exchange of data and information to develop micronation space programs.
- 2. Joint cooperation on launching a low atmosphere rocket with camera.
- 3. Offering assistance to other micronation space agencies and organizations.
- 4. The willing dissemination of information regarding their national space policies and space exploration plans in accordance with their national rules and regulations.
- 5. The Signatories are committed to the open sharing of scientific data.
This document is set forth as law, by the Emperor of the Aerican Empire, by the Senate of the Aerican Empire, in accordance with all laws and statues put forth by said Empire.
